THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for reliable, experienced Quarry Operators to become an integral part of our team at our Truro Quarry. We are looking for someone with experience in excavator, front-end loader (FEL) and articulated dump truck operation. The work activities include but are not limited to hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant and basic maintenance. To be successful in this role you will have an uncompromising commitment to safety, enjoy working in a small team, be flexible and approachable and feel pride in doing a good job.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIIES
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained
• Complete pre-start checks
• Operate mobile plant and equipment
• Basic housekeeping and maintenance of quarry equipment
• Labouring duties
• Performing plant and process inspections
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
• Experience operating heavy mobile equipment is essential
• Experience working in a quarrying or mining operation including working with safety management systems is essential

About the OPPORTUNITY
We have multiple new vacancies for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our Joint Strike Fighter F35 team within the Aerospaceorganisation based in Williamtown, NSW, reporting to the Team Lead.
If you have either recently completed a Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Avionics apprenticeship, have extensive experience in the Defence and/or Commercial Aircraft maintenance as a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (or somewhere in between) - we want to talk with you.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain, inspect and undertake fault diagnosis of avionic systems and components
- Ideally experience with fixed and/or rotary wing aircraft in an Aviation Environment
- Ensure Maintenance performance as a standard to meet all regulatory and airworthiness requirements
- Be responsible to the Team Leader to carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance.
- Ensure maintenance and technical documentation or data used during maintenance is authorised for use and is compliant.
- Correctly and promptly record details of work performed on the correct documents, and if required, to gain certification of the performance of such work in the required timeframes
- Ensure that all appropriate documentation for engineering advice, defect reporting, maintenance deficiencies and publication amendments are incorporated as directed
- Report to the Team Leader all defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors and unserviceability's as they arise
- Carry out maintenance only to the delegated and authorised level
- Initiate quality, non-conformance or defect reporting relating to maintenance tasks as directed
About YOU
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Avionics or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Australian Citizen with ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory)
- Experience or strong interest in working with Defence Aircraft (Mandatory)
- Military or Civil Aviation Maintenance Licence (Highly Desirable)
- An understanding of Australian Defence Force aircraft maintenance regulations, process and procedures (Highly Desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work within a fast paced and strong team environment

Join a dynamic team of health professionals providing high quality health care to members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF).
The APS 3 (APS 2-4 Broadband) Health Clerk will work within the modern Oakey Army Aviation Centre Health Facility (Swartz Barracks; Located approximately 30km of Toowoomba City in Queensland).
This role offers a great opportunity to work within a professional team, providing front desk customer service by phone, email and face-to-face, to support the delivery of health care to ADF members.
As the first point of contact in the Health Centre, the Health Clerk will handle enquiries, book medical appointments, maintain e-health records and follow up on the progress of personnel care plans.
You will possess strong written and verbal communication skills to support ethical medical administration, and liaison with internal and external health care providers.
Previous experience in an allied health or medical field domain is highly valued.
About our Team
Oakey Army Aviation Health Centre is located in the Darling Downs region of QLD, approximately180 km west of Brisbane and 30 km north-west of Toowoomba. Oakey is a rural town with a population of 4,700. Toowoomba has a population of 150,000.
Oakey Health Centre provides a Primary Health Care Service to posted personnel, an Airfield Emergency Response (AER) capability, a 24-hour on-call crash response and aviation specific medical care.
The workforce is a mix of ADF, APS and contracted health staff, with 35% provided by contracted health professionals.
Our Ideal Candidate
Working within a multi-disciplinary Primary Health Care Team, the APS3 Health Clerk is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve straightforward clinical administration work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to understand and comply with relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policies requirements.
The APS3 Health Clerk will work established priorities and procedures, while exercising some autonomy about how their work is performed. They may prioritise and manage their workflow and produce work that is subject to routine monitoring by more senior Defence employees. They may undertake specialist, procedural, clerical, administrative support or operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities to support their work unit. The work may have an element of complexity.
An APS3 Health Clerk may be required to provide some limited supervision and support to Defence employees at lower classifications, as well as providing on-the-job training to team members. The APS3 Health Clerk may be required to liaise and apply standard procedures to meet stakeholder requirements and achieve work unit and Defence outcomes.

The Opportunity:
KBR is seeking a skilled and experienced Requirements Engineer. The position is responsible for the day-to-day requirements development and management of system requirements baselines using the requirements management tool DOORS.
Under general supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Requirements Engineer performs all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter and will devise new approaches to problems encountered.
Responsibilities:
- Generating âSMARTâ system requirements in collaboration with Systems Engineers.
- Maintaining requirements baselines and manage changes using the requirements management tool DOORS.
- Leading requirements change control processes.
- Raising engineering change proposal documentation in accordance with the clients process as required.
- Assisting in the development and management of the Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM).
- Providing support to System Engineers during the Acceptance Test & Evaluation stage of an engineering change as required.
- Reviewing and/or contributing to technical reviews and system reviews.
- Preparing engineering and analysis papers and reports.
- Completing work within negotiated standards of time, cost and quality.
- Working within Australian Standards and established industry practices.
- Demonstrating an understanding of client needs.
- Work within a team environment to co-ordinate related activities.
- Meeting N Library requirements relating to the project.
- Routinely seeking advice on matters outside of your experience or judgement;
- Displaying an appropriate balance of practicality and innovation in your work.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years related experience (6-10 years preferred)
- NV1 Security Clearance Level (or Baseline with the ability to acquire NV1).
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise work activities based on the needs of the team and/or the client.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with Defence Maritime environment.
- Certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.

The Opportunity:
As a Project Support Specialist you will work closely with Program & Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation, and execution and delivery of projects to completion. Drawing on strong foundations of project management principles, this role will provide essential administration and governance support across multiple projects.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher).
- Appropriately qualified in and experienced in scheduling techniques and the tools MS Project
- Well-developed understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, tracking and status reporting.
- 2 years (minimum) relevant experience in a similar coordination and administration role within a project-driven, technology/engineering-oriented environment.
- High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.
- Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable.

About the OPPORTUNITIES
We have multiple vacancies for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join Hawk Lead in Fighter and F35 programs within our Aerospace organisation based in Williamtown, NSW. If you have either recently completed your Certificate IV in Aeroskills - Avionics, Structures, Mechanical or Armament, or have experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer working on Military or Commercial Aircrafts - we want to talk with you.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible to the Team Leader to carry out scheduled servicing and other unscheduled maintenance:
Mechanical AMEs: Responsible for hydraulic, environmental, pneumatic and propulsion systems, related system components and propellers.
Avionic AMEs: Maintain, inspect and undertake fault diagnosis of avionic systems and components on fixed and on rotary wing aircraft.
Structures AME: Responsible for the production, maintenance and repair sheet metal, bonded and non-metallic composite material and components on the aircraft.
Armament AMEs: Maintain the emergency escape system, egress systems and aircraft weapon systems, from the computers on board, to the stores and load the aircraft carries.
Ensure maintenance and technical documentation or data used during maintenance is authorised for use and is compliant.
Correctly and promptly record details of work performed on the correct documents, and if required, to gain certification of the performance of such work in the required timeframes
Ensure that all appropriate documentation for engineering advice, defect reporting, maintenance deficiencies and publication amendments are incorporated as directed
Report to the Team Leader all defects, deficiencies, maintenance errors and unserviceability's as they arise
Carry out maintenance only to the delegated and authorised level
Initiate quality, non-conformance or defect reporting relating to maintenance tasks as directed
About YOU
Holds a Certificate IV in Aeroskills or recognised training (Mandatory).
Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory).
Experience or a strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Opportunity:
As a Project Support Specialist you will work closely with Program & Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation, and execution and delivery of projects to completion. Drawing on strong foundations of project management principles, this role will provide essential administration and governance support across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of Maritime IWP Projects.
- Create and manage an end-to-end, fit for purpose schedules at project and/or program level.
- Assist project managers to create and maintain project schedules that can roll into work stream and program schedules.
- Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates and efficient distribution of reports.
- Track progress of plans with project managers; report to key stakeholders on status and progress.
- Coordination and/or support of project meetings including the composition and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items, the organisation of resources, and other ad hoc requirements
- Organise, review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems.
- Support preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher).
- Appropriately qualified in and experienced in scheduling techniques and the tools MS Project
- Well-developed understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, tracking and status reporting.
- 2 years (minimum) relevant experience in a similar coordination and administration role within a project-driven, technology/engineering-oriented environment.
- High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.
- Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable.

The classroom teacher classification comprises two salary ranges- range 1 and range 2. The primary focus of the classroom teacher is on the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. The classroom teacher engages in critical reflection and inquiry in order to improve knowledge and skills to effectively engage students and improve their learning.
As the classroom teacher gains experience his or her contribution to the school program beyond the classroom increases. All classroom teachers may be required to undertake other duties in addition to their rostered teaching duties provided the responsibility is appropriate to the salary range, qualifications, training and experience of the teacher.
Classroom teacher Range 2
Range 2 classroom teachers play a significant role in assisting the school to improve student performance and educational outcomes determined by the school strategic plan and state-wide priorities and contributing to the development and implementation of school policies and priorities.
A critical component of this work will focus on increasing the knowledge base of staff within their school about student learning and high quality instruction to assist their school to define quality teacher practice.
Range 2 classroom teachers will be expected to:
- Have the content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet the diverse needs of all students
- Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor/coach other teachers in the school to engage in critical reflection of their practice and to support staff to expand their capacity

Classroom teacher Range 1
The primary focus of the range 1 classroom teacher is on further developing skills and competencies to become an effective classroom practitioner with structured support and guidance from teachers at higher levels and the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. These teachers teach a range of students/classes and are accountable for the effective delivery of their programs. Range 1 classroom teachers are skilled teachers who operate under general direction within clear guidelines following established work practices and documented priorities and may have responsibility for the supervision and training of one or more student teachers.
At range 1, teachers participate in the development of school policies and programs and assist in the implementation of school priorities.
The focus of a range 1 classroom teacher is on classroom management, subject content and teaching practice. New entrants to the teaching profession in their initial teaching years receive structured support, mentoring and guidance from teachers at higher levels.
Under guidance, new entrants to the teaching profession will plan and teach student groups in one or more subjects and are expected to participate in induction programs and other professional learning activities that are designed to ensure the integration of curriculum, assessment and pedagogy across the school.
Teachers at range 1 are responsible for teaching their own classes and may also assist and participate in policy development, project teams and the organisation of co-curricula activities.
Responsibilities
The role of classroom teacher may include but is not limited to:
- Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students;
- Contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of a curriculum area or other curriculum program within the school;
- Undertaking other classroom teaching related and organisational duties as determined by the School Principal;
- Participating in activities such as parent/teacher meetings; staff meetings; camps and excursions;
- Undertaking other non-teaching supervisory duties.

- Prepare agendas and minutes for Configuration Control and Review Boards
- Progress change items through the review and Configuration Management process and prepare change authorisation documentation for presentation at review boards
- Support the analysis of proposed changes to assess up and downstream effect on overall system
- Apply the processes and procedures for the identification, control and distribution of project data within the Data Management System (DMS)
- Liaise with data owners/authors to ensure project documentation, such as program plans, engineering artefacts, specifications and contract modifications are prepared according to schedule and contract requirements
- Coordinate reviews of documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met
- Experience implementing Configuration and Data Management processes in development projects
- Experience with CM tools such as Windchill
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines and organisations
- Experience with handling and managing export controlled data (desirable)
- Experience managing secure/sensitive data (desirable)
- Experience with Document Editing/Publishing Tools (desirable)
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirements (desirable)

- You will be one of the key account managers and client partners for the Defence Force Recruiting client.
- Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables and ensures these deliverables are ready for client presentation/approval
- Works in conjunction with agency resourcing to ensure projects are scheduled and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensures conference reports and/or meeting notes are completed and distributed to clients and all relevant stakeholders

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills. Keynote skills desirable.
- Interest in growing technology and digital knowledge

- Under the direction of the relevant Commercial Manager, undertake contractual administration of project to maximise commercial outcomes of the contract including escalation claims, extensions of time, variations, payment, instructions and export control matters
- Assist in the development of subcontracts and supplier agreements to support project and other company related business
- Assist Commercial Managers with negotiations with customers, subcontractors and suppliers relating to contractual issues, learning arrangements, licensing arrangements and confidentiality agreements to ensure commercial integrity
- Provide commercial advice to project and tender teams ensuring that key commercial, legal and contractual issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner
- Liaise with the Procurement team on flow-down commercial requirements for subcontracts and purchase orders
- As part of tender and proposals teams, take a proactive role in commercial and contractual matters including the preparation of Request for Tender, subcontracts, statements of compliances and other tender response documentation
- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant discipline (eg Law, Business or Commerce).
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial role and a good working knowledge of commercial and contractual administrative processes and techniques.
- A sound understanding of principles of contract law.
- Experience in a commercial environment including contract preparation, negotiation, administration and management of contractual relationships.
- Australian citizen or able to meet citizen eligibility requirements to comply with Defence Industry security requirements.
- Understanding of contractual requirements in engineering and/or Defence environment (desirable)
