Systems Specialist - MESD

The role will manage and monitor the day-to-day operations and performance of the Service Desk system - MESD used in the Fujitsu Service Delivery Desktop and Server Management in our Defence Portfolio. The role is to ensure system procedures are current, maintained, and adhered to with system operations effectively managing processing activities

The role will adhere to appropriate ITIL processes, manage incidents, and to coordinate and resource change management requests. Management requests,

Core Skills:

• Strong experience supporting the implementation, administration and configuration of the ESD tool or equivalent
• Scripting in enterprise applications, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration and deployment.
• Base Admin MESD Certification preferred
• NV2 Security Clearance
