Your expertise in SCOM administration will see you involved in the provision and support across our Defence Portfolio. Responsibilities in the role include proactively maintaining all SCOM instances keeping to SLA’s, and analysing incidents for accurate escalation and prioritisation. The role will be responsible for investigating complex technical problems assigned to the Team and engage and liaise with other resolver groups to resolve incidents and obtain updates for requests about to breach.
- Operational and administrator experience in MSSC SCOM
- PowerShell and other related scripting languages.
- Storage solutions such as NetApp SAN Desired
- Experience in SSRS and Power BI reporting
- Ability to apply sound research, interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills;
- NV2 Security Clearance
