The opportunity Boeing Defence Australia's Commercial Derivative Aircraft (CDA) Division is looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support the delivery of upgrade projects to enhance the RAAF's Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) capability. This role can be based in Adelaide, Brisbane or Williamtown. As a Boeing Project Engineer you will apply your technical leadership experience to a broad range of AEW&C upgrade programs to plan and execute the project technical scope and to engage effectively across the Boeing team, the Customer organisation and our industry partners. Responsibilities Leadership of a multi-skilled engineering team to deliver complex engineering projects. Delivery of engineering scope against cost, schedule and technical measures. Management across engineering lifecycle, including estimation, planning and delivery. Risk management tracking and reporting. Managing external and internal stakeholder relationships through effective communication Experience/Qualifications Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in development projects. Leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a group environment and with people across all organizational levels. Strong organisational and time management skills Experience with aerospace and / or defence projects highly regarded. Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
