Our core business is to deliver world class capabilities, including services, to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and optimal value for money outcomes to all our internal defence clients. Our success requires astute leadership and innovative procurement and collaboration strategies, with unwavering commitment from our workforce. The CASG Commercial Centre of Expertise (CoE) is the home of our commercial specialists. We play a critical role in delivering commercial expertise and solutions, across the procurement lifecycle, to help Defence achieve objectives, maximise value for money and meet legislative and mandatory policy requirements. The CoE supports the delivery of complex capabilities and sustainable and innovative commercial outcomes ranging from Australia's future submarines and joint strike fighters to broader Defence requirements such as ADF Health Services, Base Services and ICT Services equipment and systems at the enterprise and business level. This is achieved through the delivery of commercial services to our defence clients in areas including procurement and contracting, commercial policy and practice, post-award contract management, commercial learning and development, and commercial compliance and assurance activities.
